Greetings! I've been building tech since my teens and companies since my 20's. That provided me with a veritable PhD in what not to do! It all started with a web business I co-founded in 2004, riding the web 1.0 wave. I transitioned in to Bixly.com in 2009, and still own & operate that.
Below is some of my experience most pertinent to understanding what kind of tech background I have. The tldr; I build tech (mobile, web) and teams at an executive level, adept at keeping the tech and execs in alignment along the way.

2004-2012
I wore many hats at SermonSpice, an ecommerce video marketplace, pushing innovation and keeping a watch on the industry to play a vital role in each pivotal direction we took. After a 4 year hiatus, I returned as CEO to turn it around, which lead to a quick sale shortly after.

2009-Present
I founded Bixly in 2009. What started as a development agency has recently turned into leveraging our experience to pivot up market to a Fraction CTO firm. Our experience includes building software projects (mobil apps and web apps) for the likes of Lockheed Martin, Google, and other small and large companies.
Fractional CTO
2022-Present
I occasionally work on the side as a Fractional CTO if the client is a great match for me but not for Bixly. In this role I bring experience to leverage the team and software you have in place. It's akin to bringing on a Premiere League Football coach to a small team. You get the experience and direction without having to pay the full rate.
